Employee Appreciation Day

"No business achieves success without the help of their team of employees.
They are the ones who make the success possible."

We are truly grateful and appreciative for our team here at the Lighthouse Inn, and certainly recognize the hard work they put in every year. We have a mix of seasonal employees, who work during the season from May to October, as well as a select few who are working diligently year round, preparing for each upcoming season. We certainly could not do without everyone, working together towards the same goal of 'providing the best hospitality to our guests and patrons'.

Take the time to give recognition and show appreciation towrds your team,
whether in a big or small way....
A simple goes a long way....

Ever wonder when Employee Appreciation Day began? Employee Appreciation Day first arrived on calendars in 1995. A Recognition Professionals International’s founding Board member, together with his publishing company, Workman Publishing, created Employee Appreciation Day as a way of focusing the attention of all employers, in all industries on employee recognition. It is always the first Friday in March.

To our fantastic previous & present employees over the past 75 years of service.... Thank you from The Lighthouse Inn

A few of our year round employees
